3) Provide listing information, room sizes ETC, agent will take 9 color digital photos and place your house in the MLS, It’s that simple.

Still Sell 'By Owner' And Control Commissions
There is never a listing commission with our program…If you accept an offer from a licensed real estate buyers agent through our MLS Flat fee Service you can offer them a commission anywhere from 2-3%. You may also accept offers from a buyer who is not working with a real estate agent, or a buyer who found your house on their own and pay 0% commission.
